IRCTECH Smart Parking Guidance System
This project was realised in collaboration with IRCTECH, a technology integration partner. ParkSetup supplied the complete ultrasonic parking guidance system — sensors, zone control units, LED indicators and web-based management software — for a car park facility in Guatemala.
Ultrasonic vehicle sensors detect space occupancy instantly and transmit the data to zone control units. LED indicators display occupancy status in real time, guiding drivers to available bays without assistance. The centralised web software allows operators to monitor the entire car park remotely and access detailed usage analytics.

Ultrasonic Vehicle Sensor
Industrial ultrasonic sensor mounted to the parking space ceiling, accurately detecting vehicle presence via sound waves.
Zone Control Unit (ZCU)
Industrial control unit that aggregates data from all sensors in the zone and transmits it to the central management software.
LED Indicator
Compact indicator mounted to each parking space ceiling, glowing red or green via LED to show occupancy status at a glance.
LED Guidance Display
Large LED display installed at floor and zone entrances, showing available capacity and directional arrows to drivers in real time.
Web-Based Software
Web platform for managing car park live status, occupancy, history and reports from a single dashboard.
