Riyadh Shopping Center Smart Parking Guidance System
This Riyadh shopping centre project marks ParkSetup's second major deployment in Saudi Arabia. The full ParkSetup ecosystem — ultrasonic vehicle sensors, LED indicators, LED display panels, zone control units and web-based management software — was installed throughout the 289-space multi-level car park.
Real-time sensor data flows to zone control units and is displayed on LED indicators above each bay, allowing shoppers to navigate the car park independently. The web platform provides management with live dashboards and historical occupancy data for informed decision-making.
Products used in this project
Ultrasonic Vehicle Sensor
Industrial ultrasonic sensor mounted to the parking space ceiling, accurately detecting vehicle presence via sound waves.
Zone Control Unit (ZCU)
Industrial control unit that aggregates data from all sensors in the zone and transmits it to the central management software.
LED Indicator
Compact indicator mounted to each parking space ceiling, glowing red or green via LED to show occupancy status at a glance.
LED Guidance Display
Large LED display installed at floor and zone entrances, showing available capacity and directional arrows to drivers in real time.
Web-Based Software
Web platform for managing car park live status, occupancy, history and reports from a single dashboard.
