To the nearest available space in seconds.
ParkSetup consists of four main layers working end-to-end from sensor to software.
Real-time detection, instant guidance.
The system collects real-time data on each parking space through ultrasonic parking detectors mounted above every bay. LED indicators connected to the sensors light up red or green to communicate the status of each space clearly and quickly to drivers circulating in the car park.
Continuous data flow from sensor to driver.
An ultrasonic sensor installed above each parking bay detects occupied/vacant status with high accuracy.
Sensor data is collected by the ZCU (Zone Control Unit) and transmitted to the central server.
Display panels and indicators direct drivers to the nearest available space within seconds.
Occupancy, revenue and duration reports are monitored and analysed from a single dashboard.
Operational gains, measurable data.
Drivers minimise time spent searching for a space; parking operators optimise daily operations with daily, monthly and annual reports.

From sensor to server, from server to driver.
Ultrasonic parking detectors mounted above each bay collect real-time occupancy data. LED indicators connected to the sensors light up red or green, communicating the status of each space to circulating drivers in a clearly visible and instantly understandable manner.
Zone control units relay data from all connected sensors to the central control unit. The central control unit completes data processing and sends the processed occupancy information to the relevant LED guidance panels. Organised by zone, these displays show available spaces together with directional arrows.
The system also transmits data to the management computer, which stores the received information in the server database. Users can monitor live parking bay status as well as access annual, monthly and daily statistics.
Zone units are connected to each other in series via RS485 shielded twisted-pair cable and ultimately to the main control unit. RS485 offers key advantages: interference-free operation, reliable performance over long distances and multi-device connectivity — with low cabling cost being one of its greatest benefits.
